Today I stumbled over the official trailer for the documentary Diana Vreeland: The Eye Has to Travel, about the legendary fashion editor. It’s actually directed by Lisa Immordino Vreeland, who’s married to Diana’s grandson. The film interviews Diane von Furstenberg, Calvin Klein, Manolo Blahnik and others about Diana’s time at Harper’s Bazaar and Vogue and how she basically created modern fashion magazines. The film comes out in September. Can’t wait!
